Your skills in piloting the yacht Chris, gave us great confidence, and Nikos you are a great co-pilot as well as an awesome chef.

When we boarded we were greeted by Thanos #1 and our Skipper Christos and chef Nikos. We had no idea what we were about to experience.
Let’s start with the weather, beautiful one day, perfect the next! 7 days of perfect weather (ordered by our skipper Christos!)
And then there was food and more food. Each dish better than the last. Thank you Nikos for such thoughtfully prepared and simply fabulous food.
Finally thank you Christos. You found us the perfect swimming holes, the prefect villages to enjoy each night and the prefect trip around the islands accompanied with lots of stories and history. The team onboard the EVI were simply fantastic, five stars!
Their customer service was beyond what we expected, their attention to detail, simply they knew what we needed before we did, to make everything perfect. This trip was on the bucket list of some of our friends and it did not disappoint, in fact it succeeded all expectations!

What an amazing trip and experience with two amazing people, our captain Christos and chef Nikos.
I really had no idea what to expect, other than being out on the opens seas and visiting many different Ionian islands.
Our food was amazing, prepared everyday on the boat. The restaurants we visited were wonderful!
I am note sure whether there are any two people more suited top be together and work together than Christos and Nikos.

Dear Anyone who reads this,
How can I begin to thank the team at Anko yachting for the spectacular last week?
Thanos and Alicja, you put together a magical trip for our group of friends.
Christos was our captain extraordinaire! We felt so safe with him, he was skilled, diligent, resourceful and calm.
He found us the most beautiful swimming holes and managed to get us the best parking spots in the loveliest towns-
and that was no easy task as the Ionian Seas was packed! Christos was kind, funny and knowledgeable.
He even managed to save the day when another boat lost its anchor. While a small crowd matched, Christos retrieved the anchor
from the floor of the Ionian, repaired the broken ring that had secured the anchor to the boat and re-attached the anchor and chain to the bota.
He was our hero!
Nikos, you spoiled us from the very start. Your delicious breakfasts and lunches were outstanding. You prepared our food with creativity and love.
I’m not looking forward to getting on a scale when I return, but any extra pounds that I am now carrying were definitely worth it.
Thank you for caring us so well. You made such a difference on this adventure. I’m feeling such gratitude for the experience that I just had.

Περάσαμε μια εξαιρετική εβδομάδα διασχίζοντας τα νερά του Ιονίου, κατά κοινή ομολογία ήταν οι καλύτερες διακοπές όλων τα τελευταία χρόνια.
Η Ραίσια και η Μαρία για πρώτη φορά στη ζωή τους έζησαν την εμπειρία του sailing και των διακοπών σε σκάφος.
Ο Χρήστος και η Αγγελική ήταν η πρώτη φορά στη ζωή τους που μέσα σε τόσες λίγες μέρες μπόρεσαν να αφήσουν την καθημερινότητά τους,
στο λιμάνι της Πάτρας και να διασκεδάσουν χωρίς έγνοιες και σκέψεις.
Ο Γιώργος, η Βέρα και ο Πάνος, ξεχώρισαν αυτό το ταξίδι για τις πολύ όμορφες στιγμές που τους χάρισε ανάμεσα σε αγαπημένους φίλους, απολαμβάνοντας τις στιγμές.
Τέλος, η Έλλη ξεπέρασε τους φόβους της για τη θάλασσα και τους ανέμους.
Για όλα τα παραπάνω ο Χρήστος και ο Νίκος από τη πρώτη μέρα μέχρι την τελευταία, φρόντισαν για τα πάντα,
χαρίζοντας στον καθένα από εμάς αυτό που είχε ανάγκη.
Είχα ακούσει ότι οι διακοπές πάνω σε ένα σκάφος κρύβουν δυσκολίες και προβλήματα, αλλά το πλήρωμα του ΕΥΗ,
ο καπετάνιος και ο σέφ δεν τις άφησαν να εμφανιστούν.
Τους ευχαριστούμε μέσα από τη καρδιά μας για αυτή τη ξεχωριστή εμπειρία που μας χάρισαν και ευχόμαστε πραγματικά
να μπορέσουμε να επαναλάβουμε αυτό το ταξίδι.

Simple words cannot express the wonderful time we had on EVI this week!
Our trip was postponed two years so the anticipation for this amazing week with friends was high. It lived up to our expectations!
Niko, you are an amazing chef, we all tried many new foods in combinations that were phenomenal, in fact we are waiting for your recipe book!
Thank you for our daily drinks, made to order breakfasts and our special onboard dinner.
Each cove we stopped in, was breathtaking, where we could enjoy the crystal clear blues and greens of the Ionian.
Christos, thank you for letting us sail, even without the perfect wind and keeping us safe in our journey.
And by the way, the most impressive docking job ever! A trip we will never forget! Fair Winds!
